Author, Word-Woman, Life-speaker.
Joy to meet you,
Hi! I’m Rayo - a wife and homeschool mama. I’ve authored many words, but my most recent are words tucked in a heartwarming children’s book, which I believe will pour a powerful truth into the hearts of many children. It has become my mission to support parents on a discipleship-parenting journey with their children. I believe and have seen that God’s word (and His Spirit) are His parenting tools. He Fathers us with His words. Renews, sanctifies and transforms us - all by His Word. We can do the same. We can shape the identities and mindsets of our children by speaking God’s word over them. I have seen and lived this firsthand - it changes everything.
Jesus discipled like so…
Jesus didn’t try to usurp power. He didn’t try to overtake the government. He didn’t engage in protests. He didn’t start a revolution the way many expected. What did He do instead?
He picked 12 ordinary men and made them extraordinary.
He taught them daily. Poured words into them. “The words I speak are spirit and life.” He said in John 6:63. His words were enough to transform everyone who heard and believed them. And they did. They still are…
With His words on our tongue, at our fingertips, we can do what Jesus did. We can disciple and build our children and others through the transformative power of God’s Word.
“And now, brethren, I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and to give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified.” (Acts 20:32)
Faith. Family. Purpose.
I didn’t grow up knowing Jesus. I was raised in a Muslim home where belief was present, but grace was a mystery. When I came to Christ, everything changed. My heart, my life, my purpose, even the way I saw words — all of it was transformed by truth.
Some of my earliest memories are wrapped in stories — curled up next to my dad as I read him the newspaper. He patiently helped me sound out big words and understand their meaning. I didn’t realize it then, but a seed was sown: a longing to speak and write words that bring life.
Today, I’m an author, a mama, and a disciple-maker. My days are filled with homeschooling lessons, morning devotionals, shared giggles, and long talks about God with my daughter. We’re building a home where the gospel isn’t just taught, but lived.
Because everything begins with family.
A family can reflect all the gospel stands for — love, sacrifice, grace, redemption, and legacy. When we build our homes on the Word and speak life into our children, we raise up generations rooted in truth.
This is why I write. Why I disciple. Why I tell stories that carry the gospel in everyday language. Whether I’m creating for ministries, equipping families, or mentoring young writers, my words flow from one conviction: that God is always speaking — and when our words echo His, they change lives.
